Each beautifully packaged branded box comes with four gourmet Brownies – handmade & ethically sourced. We also include a personalisable Valentine’s card and some information about our work ending homelessness.

Our Brownies  are handmade at our Central Kitchen in Livingston by our team of chefs – some of whom have experienced homelessness.

One of our boxes is made specifically to be suitable for vegans, and is also made with non-gluten containing ingredients.

Allergens are also listed on a label on the bottom of each box box.

Brownies should be eaten within 3 days of receipt. This information will also be included on the label on the bottom of your box.

Yes, you can. Freeze your Brownies or Bronuts straight away and consume within one month. Defrost fully at room temperature.

You can visit our privacy policy here. Orders are processed through a secure checkout. Unless you opt-in at the basket stage, you will not be contacted for marketing purposes and only contacted with information in relation to your order.

You can pay by credit or debit card. If you would like to place a large order, please contact brownies@social-bite.co.uk and we can arrange bespoke payment options – order quantity dependant.

We dispatch using Royal Mail tracked 48. All Valentine’s delivery orders will be shipped on Friday 10th February to ensure they are received in time frog Valentine’s Day.

Our Boxes of Joy are baked by our team at our Central Kitchen in Livingston and operate different hours to our shops. Our kitchen team work Monday-Friday so orders will be processed within this time.

All boxes have been sourced to fit into postboxes, however, the outer packing may prevent this from fitting in all mailbox sizes. All other delivery procedures will apply, i.e. leaving with a neighbour or in a safe place if you are not home.

Yes, there is a notes field at the checkout where you can enter a personalised gift message. This will be printed onto a card which will be included with your box before it is dispatched.

The boxes are 100% recyclable and the individual wrappers are compostable. The outer packaging (sealed envelopes) can also be recycled.
